We've come a long way...
From the pastry kitchens of France to the heart of Larchmont, New York.
Chef Philippe Panissières trained under some of France's most respected pastry masters, honing a craft built on precision, patience, and an unwavering respect for quality ingredients.
In 2013, he made the leap to bring that tradition stateside, opening the doors of La Parisienne Bakery in Larchmont.
What started as one chef's passion project quickly became a neighborhood staple. Locals and visitors alike found in La Parisienne something rare: an authentic taste of a French boulangerie, just steps from home.
Today, La Parisienne Bakery continues that same commitment: honoring traditional French techniques while building lasting ties with the community that welcomed it.
