From early mornings in the pastry kitchens of France to the heart of Larchmont, Chef Philippe Panissières trained under some of France's most respected pastry chefs before bringing that same passion and craftsmanship across the Atlantic.

In 2013, he opened the doors of La Parisienne Bakery. What began as one chef's dream has become a beloved neighborhood gathering place.

Over the past 13 years, we've had the privilege of celebrating birthdays, weddings, graduations, new beginnings, and helping brighten some of life's more difficult days.

To us, that's what neighborhood hospitality is all about: familiar faces who greet you by name, remember your favorite order, and help you start the day with a warm smile and genuine conversation.

More than 13 years later, that dream is still rising every morning before the sun, and we're grateful to be a small part of so many stories in the community.
